Requirements: 

• A valid Driver's License is required for all employees.

• Transportation: You are responsible for providing your transportation to and from work.

• Apprentice Workday: Arrival and Preparation (by 9:00 AM)

• Must be able to lift 60-80 pounds

• Comfortable working with Heights

• Knowledge of Tools and how to use them

YOUR GOAL IS TO LEARN THE TRADE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. BUST OUT TASKS ON THE PROFICIENCY GUIDE TO EARN YOUR WAY TO RUNNING YOUR COMPANY TRUCK AND BECOMING A SENIOR TECHNICIAN.

Your Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in your learning: Dedicate yourself to mastering the skills we teach you.

• Demonstrate commitment and potential: You will be given greater challenges and opportunities as you excel.

• Report any traffic offenses, in a personal or company vehicle, to the Service Manager (solely for insurance purposes).

• Restock and clean company vehicles.

• Supporting Technicians:

• Help unload trucks.

• Gather materials for the day's jobs.

• Assist technicians with installations and service calls.

Job Site Duties:

• Protect customer property: Use tarps and plastic coverings to protect floors (except stairs).

• Set up tools and power cords.

• Organize and inspect materials.

• Ask questions and anticipate needs to improve efficiency.

• Learn about the company's processes and the Service titan mobile app.
